Free legal advice for members

The Tenants' Association's specialised lawyers advise members free of charge from the day they join on all issues relating to rent increases, heating and utility bills, housing defects, terminations and much more.
The Tenants' Association sees itself primarily as a mediator in order to avoid unnecessarily straining the relationship between tenant and landlord - even if court proceedings are sometimes unavoidable.
The only requirement is that you are not in arrears with your membership fee.

Wer Leistungen der Stadt Bonn erhält, kann die Beratung unter gewissen Voraussetzungen ebenfalls in Anspruch nehmen. Sprechen Sie Ihren Leistungsberater bei der Stadt oder dem JobCenter an, wenn Sie ein Problem mit Ihrer Mietwohnung haben. Er kann Ihnen einen Beratungsschein ausstellen, mit dem Sie dann zu uns kommen.

Make an appointment with us to receive a detailed consultation on the phone, by video or in one of our offices.

Telephone hotline

In particularly urgent cases, you can reach our telephone hotline on weekdays between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. at 0228 / 94 93 09-25.

Personal telephone counselling

In current cases, you can also speak to your counsellor personally on the phone on weekdays from 12:00 to 13:00.

Video counselling

We offer video counselling via Zoom.
