Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling the business relationship with the member.

Duration of storage
The data collected will be stored for a period of 10 years after the tax return has been prepared and after termination of membership to fulfil tax retention obligations in accordance with § 257 HGB.

On request, we will provide you with information free of charge about the status of the personal data collected about you and about the further processing of this data in accordance with the aforementioned provisions. We will correct, block or delete your personal data in part or in full in accordance with the legal requirements. For your enquiry, please refer to the contact details above. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is unlawful, we refer you to the right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority.
