As a member, you pay €99.00 per calendar year.

The fee includes all consultations with our legal advisors, regardless of whether they take place in person, over the phone or as a video consultation. Correspondence with the landlord, the property management company or the other party's lawyer is also included in this amount. Additional fees are only incurred for registered mail or separate copies, as well as a one-off admission fee. Please take a look at our scale of fees and charges.
In the event of legal proceedings, members receive support under our legal protection policy.
The membership fee also includes receipt of the MieterZeitung and the newsletter.

Yes, you can take advantage of our counselling service immediately after registering.
The offices in Bonn and Siegburg have set up a daily consultation hour for new members between 10 and 11 am.

Yes, as long as the current matter is not yet pending in court, we can of course provide you with active and unrestricted support in resolving the matter out of court.

Our legal advisors can advise you in the form of video, face-to-face or telephone appointments, depending on your needs and availability.
You can use the daily telephone hotline between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. for general questions without making an appointment in advance.
All legal advisors can also be reached by telephone every day from 12 noon to 1 p.m. via a personal extension.

There is also a separate consultation hour for new members, daily from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Bonn and Siegburg offices.

We would be delighted if you could promote membership to your neighbours, friends and family. We will credit three months' membership fees for each member you refer, provided your own membership has not been cancelled.

Yes, we will also be happy to advise and support you if you have problems with your commercial tenancy.
Please note that our legal protection policy only applies to tenancy law disputes relating to an owner-occupied flat.

No. The Legal Services Act prohibits associations from providing advice for a one-off fee.

Only indirectly. The Mieterbund Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/Ahr e.V. primarily helps with disputes with the landlord.
In principle, however, our legal advisors will be happy to mediate in order to solve problems together with all parties involved.

We have reached an agreement with the City of Bonn and the Jobcenter Bonn, as well as the Jobcenter Rhein-Sieg.
Recipients of transfer benefits can ask there whether they can obtain a counselling certificate if they have problems with their home. Membership is then covered by the benefit provider for one year.

We also offer a short-term membership for €25.00 for one-off issues, such as moving abroad.
We can then provide one-off advice. This short-term membership does not include any correspondence.
